CEO and FOUNDER
Howard Wieder, Esq. is the founder of CW Funding and focuses his time sourcing new loans and developing relationships with brokers and borrowers. He oversees all aspects of CW's investments and operation, including servicing the firm's growing investor base. Prior to starting CW funding, Howard practiced real estate law in Long Island, New York and founded Tristone Land Services, LLC, a full service title insurance agency. Howard received his Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School and is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
As Managing Principal, Seth focuses on deal origination & initial vetting, capital sourcing & relationships, increasing company name recognition nationwide, and continuously updating and adapting an internal broker and client-friendly process. Over the course of his career, Seth has originated several billion dollars in financing, capital market transactions and debt/equity placement opportunities.
Seth brings significant and extensive long term relationships with national, regional and local CRE sources including, but not limited to, commercial mortgage brokers, attorneys, title agents, investments sales brokers, owners, developers, lenders, appraisers, CRE vendors, and architects.
Seth most recently served as Senior Managing Director at NRE Capital Partners, LLC where he also was responsible for origination, initial vetting and internal processes.
Prior to NRE, Seth served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Eastern Union Funding, a NJ based national CRE mortgage brokerage company. Seth trained and managed a team of originators and relationship managers tasked with building a network of sellers, buyers and brokers that, with Eastern Union as the center connection, would facilitate more business for all parties involved.
Prior to his role at Eastern Union, Weis was Vice President at Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a NY based national CRE mortgage brokerage company. While at Meridian, Weis worked directly with one of the senior partners, sourcing, structuring and closing both fixed and floating rate loans on all product types.
His experience also includes serving as Director of Acquisitions at Tryad Group a privately owned company, specializing in owning, developing and managing multifamily, retail, office and industrial real estate.
